How does the focus and agenda of our quarterly sessions shift as we enter our second year of working together?

In the first year of our engagement, our primary focus is on learning and implementing the core tools of the Entrepreneurial Operating System. We spend our time getting the right people in the right seats on your Accountability Chart™, establishing a weekly meeting rhythm, and building execution discipline. As we enter the second year, the focus shifts from basic tool adoption to deep operational mastery and strategic sophistication. We spend less time on the mechanics of the system and more time solving complex, high-impact issues. During our second-year quarterlies, we begin to layer on advanced operational disciplines, such as automating workflows with AI tools and preparing your business for a clean, highly valuable exit. We use the insights from your first year of data to fine-tune your scorecard metrics and drive higher execution velocity. I also begin coaching your Integrator more actively to facilitate parts of the session. This gradual transition is essential for building the internal capability your team needs to run the system independently. By the end of the second year, your leadership team will have transitioned from simply following the framework to truly owning it as their primary business operating system.
