Our first year of implementation is focused on setting up the basic tools like the Accountability Chart and the Scorecard. What shifts in our focus and our relationship with you during the second year of our engagement as we move toward full self sufficiency?
The first twelve months of our engagement are highly tactical. We are installing the foundation: building your Accountability Chart, establishing your weekly Level 10 Meeting™, defining your core Scorecard metrics, and mastering the IDS® process. During this initial phase, I am heavily involved in teaching the tools and facilitating the structural changes your business needs.
In the second year, the focus shifts from installation to optimization and scaling. We move deeper into your organization, cascading the tools from the leadership team down to your department managers and frontline employees. We also begin integrating advanced operational strategies, such as streamlining your key processes and building out your custom AI powered workflows to eliminate manual drag.
During this second year, my role as your EOS Implementer® shifts. I move from being an instructor to a pure facilitator and coach. I will push your team harder during our quarterly sessions to ensure you are solving deeper, systemic issues rather than just surface level symptoms.
We also utilize our mid quarter check in calls to monitor your execution capacity and ensure your leadership team is taking full ownership of the process. The ultimate goal of our twenty four month roadmap is complete self sufficiency. By the time we reach your second annual session, your team will have the discipline and confidence to run the system entirely on your own.
