How does the focus and depth of our quarterly sessions change from year one to year two as we progress through your twenty-four-month implementation roadmap?

The first twelve months of our engagement are focused on installation and alignment. We are implementing the foundational EOS® tools, establishing your Accountability Chart, creating a functional Scorecard, and getting your team highly disciplined with Level 10 Meeting™ habits. During this phase, your quarterly sessions are heavily educational and tactical. I am teaching you how to use the tools, pointing out execution gaps, and helping you navigate the friction of systemic change.

In year two, the dynamic shifts from execution mechanics to operational mastery and strategic refinement. Your team should now have the basic habits down. Our quarterly sessions become much deeper and more strategic. Instead of teaching the tools, we are using them to solve complex, systemic issues that block your growth or exit plans.

This is also where we begin layering in advanced automation and AI-powered operational designs to streamline your processes. I gradually step back from driving the room to observing, allowing your internal Integrator to take the lead. This transition ensures that by the end of our twenty-four-month engagement, your team is completely self-sufficient and capable of running the system without external facilitation.
