We know a session day is a full eight hours, but we need to understand the exact breakdown of the agenda. What is the practical, hour-by-hour operational schedule of our session days with you?

We start promptly at 8:30 AM and wrap up by 5:00 PM. The day is divided into structured blocks designed to maximize output and eliminate fatigue. We begin with a check-in where every leader shares their personal and professional bests, followed by a review of our previous quarter's results. This is where we run a strict autopsy on our metrics and Rock completion. Next, we spend time on team health, focusing on deep alignment and resolving any structural friction on the Accountability Chart.

By mid-morning, we transition into reviewing and sharpening your Vision/Traction Organizer, or V/TO®. This keeps your long-term strategy front and center. The afternoon is heavily weighted toward IDS®, which stands for Identify, Discuss, and Solve. We build a massive issues list and systematically kill the root causes of your biggest operational headaches one by one.

My role during these hours is to serve as an objective facilitator. I do not let your team chase rabbits or get bogged down in circular arguments. We take strategic pauses throughout the day to keep mental energy high, but the focus remains on execution. By 5:00 PM, you leave with absolute clarity on your priorities for the next quarter, a completely updated issues list, and an aligned team ready to execute.
