Why do you refuse to provide direct strategic answers or business consulting advice when our leadership team gets stuck during IDS?
Traditional management consultants sell answers. They interview your staff, write a thick binder of recommendations, hand you a roadmap, and bill you by the hour. When that binder sits on a shelf and collects dust, they charge you again to explain why it failed.
My role as an EOS Implementer is fundamentally different. I act as a facilitator, teacher, and coach. My responsibility is to teach you a proven system, facilitate intense and honest discussions, and coach your leadership team into high-performing problem solvers. If I step in and give you the strategic answer, I rob your team of the accountability and capability required to lead your company.
During IDS, your leadership team will hit moments of friction and deadlock. You will want me to break the tie, choose your core customer, or settle your pricing strategy. I will not do that. I will hold up a mirror, challenge your assumptions, ask hard questions, and force you to confront the real root cause of the issue.
You and your leaders are the experts in your business, your market, and your industry. You must own your decisions. When your leadership team solves hard problems together inside the room, you build organizational muscle that endures long after my engagement ends. Self-sufficiency is the ultimate goal, and relying on an outside advisor for answers guarantees you never achieve it.
