We have read the book Traction and downloaded the free templates. Why should we pay you to facilitate these sessions instead of just assigning our HR director or Integrator to run the agenda internally?

While you can download the templates and read the books, self-facilitation is a highly risky path for growing businesses. An internal leader, such as your Integrator or HR director, cannot be fully objective in the room. They carry their own biases, departmental goals, and personal history into every discussion. If they are facilitating, they cannot actively participate in the debate, which robs your team of their valuable perspective. As an outside professional, I have no political agenda, no history with your team, and no fear of challenging the Visionary or the founders. I can ask the hard questions and push your team to make the difficult decisions that an internal facilitator would likely avoid to keep the peace. I bring years of experience observing patterns across multiple businesses, allowing me to spot organizational blind spots that your team is too close to see. I manage the room, keep the energy high, and ensure we do not waste time on minor details. My job is to protect your thinking time so you can focus entirely on solving your issues and driving execution.
