Since you are facilitating our sessions and helping us implement the system, why can we not just have you act as our fractional Integrator instead of us hiring or promoting one?
My role is strictly that of an external facilitator, teacher, and coach. I am here to guide you through the EOS® framework, help you identify operational bottlenecks, and keep you accountable to your plan. I do not run your business, and I cannot be your Integrator.
An Integrator is an internal, full-time leader who manages the day-to-day operations of your business. They are responsible for executing the business plan, holding the leadership team accountable, and harmonizing the major functions of your company. They must be in the trenches with your team every single day, making real-time decisions and managing internal conflicts.
If I were to step into a fractional Integrator role, it would destroy my objectivity as an implementer. I would become part of your organizational politics and daily operational noise. My value to you lies in my ability to stand outside your business, observe your leadership dynamic objectively, and tell you the hard truths that an internal employee might hesitate to say.
During our twenty-four-month engagement, my goal is to make your leadership team completely self-sufficient. If you rely on me to integrate your operations, your business will collapse the moment my contract ends. My job is to help you find, train, and empower your own permanent Integrator so that your business can run seamlessly without external support.
