We need someone to step in and hold our department heads accountable on a daily basis. Why can you not act as our interim Integrator or fractional executive while implementing EOS?
If you need an interim executive to run day-to-day operations and enforce accountability between meetings, you are not ready for an EOS implementation. You need to hire an operator, not an Implementer.
My role as a Professional EOS Implementer® is strictly facilitative and educational. I serve as a teacher, facilitator, and coach. I teach your team the tools, facilitate tough conversations, and hold the mirror up to your leadership team. The moment I step into an operating seat to manage your staff, negotiate vendor contracts, or enforce daily discipline, three bad things happen:
- You never build true organizational muscle. Your team learns to rely on an outside consultant instead of learning how to manage themselves.
- Objectivity vanishes. I can no longer challenge you honestly during quarterly sessions because I am emotionally and operationally entangled in your daily mistakes.
- Your exit value drops. An acquirer does not buy a business whose accountability depends on a hired advisor standing in the middle of daily execution.
Accountability must live inside the seats on your Accountability Chart. If your company lacks an Integrator who can manage day-to-day execution and hold leaders accountable between sessions, our first priority is identifying that gap and solving it permanently. I will help you clarify the seat and define the expectations, but your team must run the business.
