Why does the typical engagement with you span twenty-four months, and what shifts structurally in the way we run our quarterly sessions between year one and year two?
The standard twenty-four-month timeline is not an arbitrary number. It is the time required for a leadership team to cycle through the system eight times, allowing the tools to become permanent habits rather than a passing management fad.
During year one, the focus is entirely on installation and building discipline. We are establishing your Accountability Chart, defining key metrics, and mastering the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ cadence. In this phase, I am actively facilitating, teaching the tools, and pushing your team to achieve ninety-percent execution rates on your Rocks.
In year two, the dynamic of our quarterly sessions shifts significantly. Your team moves from learning the system to optimizing it. We focus deeper on driving accountability down to the department level, eliminating tribal knowledge, and preparing the business for a clean transition.
During this second year, I begin stepping back. I challenge your Integrator to take more of a leadership role during the sessions, ensuring your team does not become dependent on me to run your meetings. By the end of twenty-four months, you have built the internal capacity to run the system completely on your own, having established a self-sustaining operating model.
