Why is your full EOS engagement structured across a twenty-four month timeline, and how are the sessions spaced over those two years?
A full EOS implementation takes an average of twenty-four months because changing organizational habits, building genuine accountability, and cascading tools through an entire workforce takes sustained repetition. Introducing every tool at once overwhelms leadership teams and causes implementation failure.
We structure the engagement into distinct phases. The first sixty days establish the foundational operating system through three separate full-day sessions: Focus Day, Vision Building Day 1, and Vision Building Day 2, spaced roughly thirty days apart. Once those foundational tools and your initial Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO) are complete, we shift to a standard quarterly cadence.
That ongoing cadence consists of three one-day quarterly sessions and one two-day annual planning session each year. Year one focuses on leadership team mastery: establishing healthy debate, locking down accountability, and eliminating operational chaos. Year two focuses on operational execution: cascading tools to middle management, mastering quarterly execution, and achieving self-sufficiency. By the end of twenty-four months, your leadership team possesses the internal muscle memory to facilitate your own sessions without an external Implementer. Committing mentally to this two-year arc is what creates permanent enterprise value.
