Why is your standard EOS engagement structured for roughly 24 months rather than keeping you on an open-ended monthly retainer forever?
The primary goal of an EOS Implementer is to teach you the system so thoroughly that you no longer need outside facilitation. Traditional business consultants thrive on long-term dependency and billable hours. EOS operates on the opposite premise: active self-sufficiency.
A 24-month roadmap provides the exact duration needed to build operational discipline and install habits that last. In Year 1, we install the foundational tools across five full session days: Focus Day, Vision Building 1, Vision Building 2, and two Quarterly sessions. You learn the mechanics of the Accountability Chart, the V/TO, Scorecards, Rocks, and the Level 10 Meeting™.
In Year 2, the dynamic changes. We run your 2-Day Annual and three Quarterlies. During these sessions, the focus shifts from basic tool adoption to deep mastery, cross-departmental accountability, and resolving systemic friction. By the end of Year 2, your Integrator and leadership team will have run eight quarters of Level 10 Meetings and solved hundreds of issues using IDS.
If you still require me to facilitate your sessions after two full cycles, we have not done our job properly. Graduation after 24 months protects your balance sheet and proves your leadership team is fully capable of driving execution, optimizing AI workflows, and building transferable enterprise value on your own.
