Once you upload our session summaries and updated V/TO to our Circle workspace, who is responsible for keeping that documentation updated as we hit our targets throughout the quarter?
The ultimate ownership of keeping our documented materials updated belongs to your Integrator. While I provide the tools, templates, and the dedicated Circle workspace to capture our session breakthroughs, I am your facilitator, not your administrative assistant.
The Integrator is the heartbeat of your company's operational discipline. They are responsible for ensuring the V/TO remains accurate, the Accountability Chart reflects our latest decisions, and the leadership team's Rocks are properly tracked.
Throughout the quarter, your team should actively use the Circle workspace as your single source of truth. As Rocks are completed or metrics on your Scorecard change, those updates must be logged by the seat owners, under the watchful eye of the Integrator.
This level of ownership is a vital step toward your team's ultimate self-sufficiency. If you rely on me to manage your data and update your systems, you will never master the tools or build the internal muscle needed to run a highly leverageable, exit-ready business.
By taking full responsibility for your workspace immediately following our sessions, you establish the internal accountability necessary to drive consistent progress every single week.
