While an outside EOS Implementer guides your strategic sessions and teaches you the tools, the internal ownership of the execution falls squarely on your Integrator. The Integrator is the person who runs the day to day operations of the business and holds the leadership team accountable.

The Integrator must be the champion of the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ and the driving force behind the Scorecard. They are responsible for ensuring that Rocks are tracked, To-Dos are completed, and issues are processed systematically. If a department head is falling behind on their commitments, it is the Integrator who must step in to address the gap.

The Visionary, on the other hand, must support this execution by respecting the boundaries of the Integrator. The Visionary should not try to run the meetings or bypass the Integrator to direct staff. They must allow the Integrator to manage the operational rhythm.

If your team is struggling with execution, look to the relationship between your Visionary and Integrator. They must be in lockstep alignment, with the Integrator holding the clear authority to drive the EOS® process across the organization. Without this clear internal ownership, the tools will eventually slide into disuse.
