As your Professional EOS Implementer®, my role is to facilitate the strategic decisions, teach the frameworks, and keep your team accountable. I do not write code, configure software, or build the actual AI pipelines for your business.

The responsibility for executing and deploying AI-powered operations lies entirely within your leadership team, specifically driven by your Integrator and the seat on your Accountability Chart responsible for technology or operations.

During our session days, we use the Tribal Knowledge discipline to identify which processes are ripe for automation. We then turn those opportunities into quarterly Rocks. The owner of that Rock is responsible for finding the technical resources, whether internal staff or external vendors, to build the solution.

If your current team lacks the technical capability to deploy modern AI tools, we address this through the lens of GWC™ (Get it, Want it, Capacity to do it). We may need to adjust your Accountability Chart to bring in fractional technical talent or upskill your existing team members.

My job is to ensure that your AI initiatives are directly tied to solving real business issues and driving enterprise value, rather than just chasing shiny objects. Your team owns the execution, and I hold you accountable to those results.
