During our session days with you, who is responsible for physically capturing our notes, entering issues into our software, and documenting our updated V/TO® and Accountability Chart so we do not lose momentum when we leave the room?

During our full-day sessions, my role is to facilitate, guide, and teach the EOS® tools. I am not there to act as your scribe or your administrative assistant. The ultimate goal of our twenty-four-month engagement is to help your team achieve total self-sufficiency, which requires you to own your data from day one.

We establish a clear division of labor in the room. I capture the high-level flow of our issues, the emerging V/TO® points, and our strategic decisions on the whiteboards. This allows your team to stay fully present in the discussion without staring at laptop screens.

However, the physical entry of this data into your software and your permanent records is the responsibility of your leadership team, specifically your Integrator. At the end of each session, your team will take ownership of the whiteboard notes. You will update your operating software, finalize your V/TO®, and distribute the action items to the entire organization.

I will then document the official session summary in your dedicated Circle workspace, which serves as our transparent ledger of progress throughout the entire twenty-four-month journey. This method ensures that your leadership team takes immediate, active ownership of the decisions made in the room, preparing your Integrator to run these processes independently once you graduate from my facilitation.
