The owner of the seat is then responsible for evaluating the tool's data privacy policy, calculating its expected ROI, and ensuring it integrates smoothly with your existing systems. Most importantly, the person in this seat must GWC the role. They do not need to be a software developer, but they must have the capacity to manage tech vendors, understand data flows, and enforce your company's AI guidelines. This structural clarity keeps your operational tools aligned and secure.
