When is the right time to roll out EOS® to the rest of our staff, and how do we do it without causing mass confusion or resistance?

Rolling out EOS® too early is a recipe for disaster. You must wait until your leadership team is eighty percent strong. This means you have been running your own Level 10 Meetings™ consistently, your Accountability Chart is stable, and you are hitting at least eighty percent of your Rocks for two consecutive quarters.

When you are ready, do not drop a massive manual on your team. Take an apprenticeship approach to the rollout. Teach the tools slowly, starting with your next level of managers. Help them establish their own departmental Level 10 Meetings™ first, guiding them through the process as a mentor.

Treat the rollout as an iterative conversation rather than a rigid corporate mandate. Just like vibe coding, focus on the results and the practical value of the tools, not flawless compliance. Encourage your staff to give feedback on what is working and what is causing friction.

- Wait until the leadership team has mastered the tools for at least six months.
- Roll out one department at a time, starting with the department that has the highest leadership alignment.
- Focus the initial rollout purely on the Accountability Chart and the Level 10 Meeting™.
