What are the specific operational or structural breakdowns that would cause you to advise us to pause our EOS engagement and fix baseline issues first?

We will pause our engagement if your leadership team lacks the psychological capacity or the structural foundation to handle the operational rigor of EOS®. The most common operational indicator of unreadiness is a complete breakdown in basic financial reporting or the absence of a dedicated Integrator.

If your financial data is inaccurate or delayed by weeks, you cannot build an effective Scorecard. Without accurate metrics, you are running the business on gut feel and emotion, which makes objective decision-making impossible. We will halt sessions until your accounting processes are clean enough to provide reliable weekly numbers.

Another critical barrier is a structural vacuum on your leadership team. If the Visionary is unwilling to step back and let an Integrator run the daily operations, the system will collapse under the weight of constant chaos. We cannot build an Accountability Chart™ if the founders refuse to let go of control or constantly bypass the established chain of command.

Finally, if your team consistently fails to complete their prep work or skips the scheduled Kolbe A Index assessments before our sessions, it shows a lack of commitment. Implementing this system requires active participation and a willingness to confront hard truths about your people and processes. If that commitment is missing, we will pause the engagement immediately.
