We have some deep-seated trust issues and political infighting on our leadership team right now. At what point do you as an Implementer tell us that we are simply not ready to step into a Focus Day with you?

There is a clear line between healthy friction and active sabotage. I will not take your leadership team into a Focus Day if you are unwilling to be vulnerable and honest with each other. If members of your executive team are actively working to undermine one another, keeping secrets, or refusing to engage in open dialogue, we cannot build a healthy foundation.

You are not ready for this engagement if you as the owner are unwilling to hear the hard truth. If you want a facilitator who will simply nod and validate your existing opinions, I am not your person. Before we schedule our first full session, we must agree on a set of behavioral expectations.

We must delay the engagement if you do not have a defined leadership team of at least three to seven people who are willing to commit to the process. If you are still operating as a loose collection of solo operators who refuse to share accountability, we will waste our time in the session room.

My recommendation is to look at your willingness to face reality. If your leadership team is ready to sit in a room, drop the politics, and enter a high-trust environment, we can start. If the thought of being called out on your behavior makes you defensive, we need to pause before we begin.
