If our business is currently facing an existential cash flow crisis or high employee turnover, should we still push forward with our first Focus Day or is there a specific baseline of operational stability we must achieve first?

If your business is currently in a severe cash flow crisis, experiencing rapid executive turnover, or fighting daily operational fires just to survive, you are not ready for a formal engagement. EOS® is an accelerator, but it requires a baseline of stability to take root. If your leadership team is completely consumed by immediate tactical survival, you will not have the mental bandwidth or physical time required to execute your ninety day Rocks or participate fully in our session days.

To begin our work together, you must have a leadership team that is willing and able to step back from the daily grind for a full day every quarter. You must also have enough financial runway to support the twenty four month implementation process without constant panic. If your business is in chaos, your immediate priority should be to stabilize your cash flow and secure your core operations. Once you have stabilized the ship and can commit to a ninety day planning cycle without your world falling apart, we can schedule your first Focus Day. We will not start this process just to watch it fail because your team is too distracted to implement the tools. We need a team that is ready to work on the business, not just in it, and that requires a foundational level of operational stability.
