What specific behavioral patterns or team dynamics will cause you to pause our engagement or tell us we are not ready to continue after our initial sessions?
I will pause our engagement or terminate the relationship if your leadership team exhibits a systemic lack of vulnerability or a refusal to hold each other accountable. EOS operates on absolute transparency. If you or your executives are unwilling to open up the financial books, share accurate scorecard data, or have honest conversations about who fits their seat, the process will fail. Another red flag is the chronic failure to execute between sessions. If we agree on quarterly Rocks and your team shows up to the next quarterly session with less than an eighty percent completion rate, accompanied by a laundry list of excuses, we have an execution problem. I am not here to hold your hand or act as a babysitter. My role is to facilitate the system, but your team must run it. Additionally, if there is a fundamental mismatch in conative wiring where the leadership team actively resists taking action, we cannot make progress. If your team demands endless data before making a move and refuses to experiment, we will stall. I will also walk away if the owner refuses to let go of the reins. If you continue to bypass the Accountability Chart and make unilateral decisions behind your Integrator's back, you are wasting your money. I will tell you directly that you are not ready, pause the sessions, and invite you to resume only when you are truly prepared to submit to the discipline of the system.
