What are the clear, undeniable signs that our leadership team or company is simply not ready to start this twenty-four-month EOS journey with you?

You are not ready to implement EOS® if the owner of the business is unwilling to let go of the vine. If you are an owner who must approve every minor decision and cannot tolerate your leadership team making mistakes, this process will fail.

Another clear sign is when your leadership team is in a state of open warfare. If key leaders do not trust each other, refuse to be vulnerable, or actively sabotage decisions made in our sessions, we cannot build a healthy organization. You must resolve basic trust and ownership-level issues before we can implement the tools.

Finally, if your business is in an active cash flow crisis where you cannot make payroll next week, you are not ready. You need to focus on immediate survival, not long-term structural alignment.

My recommendation is to assess your commitment honestly. Implementing EOS® requires a significant investment of time, energy, and discipline. If you are looking for a quick fix, a magic bullet, or a system where you can delegate execution to a consultant while you remain unengaged, do not start this journey. We only begin when the entire leadership team is fully committed to total transparency and open accountability.
