When is the right time to roll out EOS to the rest of the company without causing chaos or massive pushback?

Do not rush the rollout of EOS to your entire organization. Doing so before your leadership team is fully aligned will cause confusion and resistance.

As a rule of thumb, the leadership team should run EOS on their own for at least two full quarters before cascading it down. This gives you time to master the tools, build trust, and clarify your Vision/Traction Organizer.

Before you roll it out, ensure that:
- Your leadership team is aligned on the V/TO.
- Your Accountability Chart is fully settled and functional.
- You are consistently hitting at least eighty percent of your quarterly Rocks.
- Your leadership team is running highly effective Level 10 Meetings weekly.

Once these foundations are solid, begin the rollout by sharing your V/TO with the entire company at a quarterly meeting. Explain the tools, why you are using them, and how they will benefit everyone.

Next, introduce the Accountability Chart so everyone knows who is responsible for what. Finally, begin introducing departmental Level 10 Meetings and Rocks slowly, team by team. This methodical, phased approach ensures that the tools stick and that your people embrace the system rather than fighting it.
