How do we know when our business has fully graduated from your EOS engagement, and what specific capabilities prove we no longer need an external Implementer?
The goal of an EOS® engagement is complete self-sufficiency, not a perpetual consulting contract. My role is to teach, facilitate, and coach your leadership team until you own the system fully. Most healthy companies graduate after an average of twenty-four months, which covers eight to ten full session days.
Graduation happens when five observable capabilities are embedded permanently in your business:
- Your leadership team self-facilitates high-functioning Level 10 Meetings every single week without skipping, venting, or dodging hard issues.
- You consistently achieve an eighty percent or higher completion rate on quarterly Rocks across consecutive quarters.
- Your Integrator and functional leaders run the IDS® process independently, identifying root causes and making permanent fixes without needing a referee in the room.
- Your V/TO® is complete, fully aligned, shared with all employees, and actively guides your strategic hiring and capital allocation.
- Every seat on the Accountability Chart is occupied by someone who understands and demonstrates GWC™ (Gets It, Wants It, and has the Capacity to do it).
When you reach this point, your Integrator takes over the session room to facilitate your quarterly pulses and two-day annuals. You transition from needing an external teacher to running an internal operational machine that scales predictably.
