Before we sign a contract and schedule our Focus Day, what specific financial, technological, or structural baselines must our company already have in place to ensure we do not waste our time and money?
To get the maximum return on your investment, your company must meet a few non-negotiable baselines before we begin. This ensures we build our operational framework on solid ground rather than shifting sand.
First, you must have a functioning leadership team of three to eight people who are ready to take ownership of their respective seats. If you are still a solopreneur or running a business where every single decision goes through you, we must address that structure first.
Second, you need financial stability. Implementing EOS® and designing automated operations requires a significant commitment of time and capital. If your business is in an active cash flow crisis, your focus will be on survival rather than long-term strategic alignment.
Third, you must have a willingness to look at your business with brutal honesty. This means being open to changing your organizational structure, upgrading your technology, and potentially making difficult people decisions based on our GWC™ evaluation.
We do not require advanced AI tools or complex systems before we start. We do, however, require a willingness to adopt new technologies and shed legacy processes that no longer serve your growth or exit goals.
