We are eager to sign up for our first session, but what baseline organizational stability and documentation do you require before you will agree to kick off our Focus Day?

Before we sit down for your Focus Day, I do not expect your business to be perfect, but I do require a commitment to absolute transparency. You need a leadership team of three to eight key players who are willing to enter the room with their armor off. If you are hiding cash flow issues, major partner disputes, or toxic behavioral patterns, this process will fail. Structurally, you must have a functioning accounting system that can output basic monthly balance sheets and profit and loss statements. We cannot build a high-impact scorecard if your data is laggy or inaccurate. You also need to clear your schedule completely for our full session days. There is no checking email, texting clients, or taking fire-fighting calls during breaks. Finally, you must accept that implementing EOS is not a temporary project or a flavor of the month initiative. It is a permanent operational shift. If you are looking for a quick fix to pump up your numbers for a sale next quarter, I am not your implementer. We need a minimum of twelve months of financial runway and the psychological readiness to hear hard truths about your people, your execution, and your own leadership limitations. If you have those baselines, we are ready to build.
