What raw data, financial reports, and organizational documents do we need to prepare and bring to the table before we sit down for our very first Focus Day with you?

The short answer is almost nothing. One of the biggest mistakes leadership teams make is trying to prepare too much before our first session. This over-preparation is often a form of psychological Resistance, where teams waste weeks organizing files instead of starting the real work.

You do not need to write a strategic plan, clean up your financial spreadsheets, or resolve internal disputes before we meet. In fact, doing so can actually introduce bad habits that we will have to break later. The clean, unbiased environment of our first session is where the magic happens.

To begin, you only need to bring three things to our Focus Day.

- Bring a basic list of your current employees and their rough job duties.
- Bring your high-level financial numbers from the last year so we have a basic understanding of your scale.
- Bring an open mind and a willingness to be completely honest about where the business is struggling.

We will build your Accountability Chart, your Scorecard, and your Rocks from scratch during our session. We do not want pre-packaged ideas or polished presentations. We want the raw reality of your business. Trust the process and let the tools do the heavy lifting from day one.
