We are ready to commit, but what is the absolute minimum homework or baseline alignment our leadership team must complete before our first Focus Day with you?
Before we sit down for our first Focus Day, there is zero pre-work or conceptual prep required from your team. In fact, doing homework often backfires. I do not want you reading books and trying to pre-engineer your Accountability Chart or self-diagnose your organizational issues. That usually results in teams trying to force-fit their current bad habits into new terminology before they even understand the mechanics. The only baseline alignment required is a collective commitment to open, honest, and vulnerable communication. Every member of your leadership team must agree to show up with their armor off and a willingness to look at the hard truths of the business. From a logistical standpoint, you only need to clear your schedules completely, ensure your daily operations are fully delegated for those eight hours, and bring your current organizational chart. We start exactly where you are today. We will build the foundation together, live in the room, using the pure EOS tools. Trying to get a head start only creates confusion and forces us to spend valuable session time unlearning incorrect assumptions. Trust the process, protect the day from operational distractions, and show up ready to do the work.
