What foundational elements, structural clarity, or baseline metrics must our business have in place before we take the leap and book our Focus Day with you?
Many owners assume they need a perfectly organized business before they can begin implementing EOS®. That is a misconception. If your business were already perfect, you would not need a Professional EOS Implementer® in the first place.
To begin working with me, you only need three foundational elements.
First, you must have a committed leadership team of three to seven key people who are willing to be open, honest, and vulnerable. These are the individuals who currently run your major business functions, even if their current titles are chaotic.
Second, you must have a baseline level of business viability. The business should have active operations, generating revenue, and a clear product or service that the market wants. We are building a scaling machine, so we need some raw material to work with.
Third, and most importantly, the owner must be ready to change. If you are a founder who wants to micromanage every decision and maintain absolute control, the system will fail. You must be willing to let go of the vine.
You do not need clean job descriptions, documented processes, or a perfect financial dashboard. We will build all of that together using tools like the Accountability Chart and the Scorecard. Do not let organizational messiness delay your start. The mess is the exact reason to begin.
