What does the typical cadence and timing look like for our regular quarterly session days once we get past the initial setup phase?

Once we complete the foundational setup phase, our ongoing rhythm settles into a predictable pattern of one day quarterlies and a two day annual session. A standard quarterly session day starts promptly at 8:00 AM and runs until 5:00 PM. We begin with a check in to review your personal and professional highlights, which sets a high energy tone for the day.

From there, we review your previous quarter performance, specifically tracking your progress on Rocks and your business scorecard. We then transition to reviewing your Vision/Mission Organizer, or V/TO, to ensure your leadership team remains completely aligned on your long term direction.

The bulk of our afternoon is dedicated to your Issues Solving Track, where we use the IDS tool to identify, discuss, and solve your root challenges. We conclude the day by setting your new Rocks for the upcoming ninety days, establishing clear accountability, and rating the meeting to ensure we constantly improve our execution. This structured framework keeps your team focused, eliminates side tracks, and ensures you walk out with clear, actionable priorities.
