What should our leadership team expect during our very first session with you, and how do we prepare ourselves mentally for that day?

Your first session is Focus Day, and it is designed to establish immediate operational alignment. You should expect an intense, highly structured eight-hour day where we introduce the foundational tools of the EOS® framework.

During this session, we build your Accountability Chart, create your weekly Scorecard, establish your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ discipline, and set your first set of ninety-day Rocks. We do not focus on long-term strategy on this day; instead, we focus on bringing immediate discipline and control to your weekly operations so you can feel relief right away.

To prepare mentally, your team must show up with complete vulnerability and an open mind. You must leave your titles at the door and be ready to have honest, sometimes uncomfortable debates about who belongs in which seat on the Accountability Chart. It is entirely normal to feel some apprehension before this day, but my role as your facilitator is to guide you through the friction and ensure we leave the room aligned. Clear your schedule completely, turn off your mobile devices, and come ready to work on your business rather than in it.
