We are committing to blocking out full days for our quarterly sessions with you. Can you break down the actual timeline, sequence of events, and physical/mental structure of what a session day looks like?

A typical session day is a highly structured, intense, and collaborative eight hour experience designed to maximize focus and drive alignment. We begin promptly at eight in the morning and conclude by five in the afternoon. Because these days require deep cognitive processing, we follow a strict agenda that balances strategic work with structured breaks to prevent decision fatigue.

The morning starts with a check-in to clear everyone's mind and review the previous quarter's results. We evaluate our Rock completion rates, review the Scorecard, and assess our progress on the Accountability Chart. Next, we spend time reviewing our V/TO® to ensure everyone remains completely aligned on the vision and long-term goals of the company.

The core of the day is dedicated to IDS®, which stands for Identify, Discuss, and Solve. We build a comprehensive issues list and systematically work through the most critical opportunities and obstacles facing your business. This is not a casual discussion; it is a rigorous process of getting to the root cause of issues and driving to concrete, actionable solutions.

We take structured breaks every ninety minutes to allow team members to step away, stretch, and check urgent messages, ensuring your attention remains fully in the room when we are working. We also break for a working lunch.

The afternoon is spent setting new Rocks for the upcoming quarter and establishing clear accountability for each one. We end the day with a formal wrap-up, rating the session on a scale of one to ten to ensure we are constantly improving the value of our time together.
