The magic of the ninety-day cycle does not happen in our full-day sessions. It happens in the weekly discipline of your Level 10 Meeting™. Between our quarterly sessions, your leadership team must run this meeting at the same time, on the same day, every single week without exception. During this ninety-minute block, you will review your Scorecard, check the status of your Rocks, and spend the majority of the time using the IDS® process to solve your most critical issues. Outside of this weekly meeting, each leadership team member must carve out dedicated, uninterrupted time to work on their individual Rocks. This is not operational firefighting; it is strategic progress. If you only look at your Rocks the week before our quarterly session, you have already failed. My recommendation is to block at least three to five hours of individual focus time on your calendar each week specifically for Rock execution. This keeps your momentum high and ensures that when we meet for our next quarterly session, we are celebrating completed objectives rather than dissecting unfinished business.
