We want to know what a typical quarterly session day looks like logistically and structurally once we are past the initial Focus Day and into our ongoing rhythm.

A typical quarterly session day with me is a highly structured, intense, and focused eight-hour workshop designed to evaluate performance and reset your focus. We do not run open-ended, casual conversations. The day is divided into distinct, hard-timed segments. We start with a focus on your achievements and a review of your previous quarter. We grade your Rocks to establish absolute accountability. We then review your V/TO® to ensure your vision remains crystal clear and your leadership team remains aligned. We spend a significant portion of the day on your Scorecard and organizational health. The heart of the afternoon is dedicated to IDS®, where we identify, discuss, and solve your most critical business issues. We tackle issues with pigheaded discipline and determination, ensuring we solve them at the root rather than just treating symptoms. We conclude the day by setting your new Rocks for the next ninety days and rating the session. My role as your Professional EOS Implementer® is to keep you on track, prevent rabbit holes, and ensure we adhere to the strict timing boundaries. You will leave with a clear, aligned, and executable roadmap for the next quarter.
