What happens if we enter a quarterly session with you and realize our leadership team has failed to complete the vast majority of our Rocks from the previous quarter?

When a leadership team enters a quarterly session with a poor Rock completion rate, we do not ignore it, nor do we spend time making excuses. We treat it as an objective indicator of an underlying issue that must be addressed immediately.

Our target is always an eighty percent completion rate for both individual and company Rocks. If your team has fallen significantly short of this benchmark, the quarterly session is our opportunity to diagnose why. We do not use this as a time for blame. Instead, we run the issue through the IDS process.

We typically discover one of three systemic issues. First, your Rocks may have been poorly scoped and too large to complete in ninety days. Second, your team members may have taken on too much operational homework, leading to over-commitment and burnout. Third, you may have people in seats on your Accountability Chart who do not GWC their roles, meaning they lack the capacity or capability to execute their commitments.

Once we identify the root cause, we adjust our approach for the upcoming quarter. We rewrite your Rocks with tighter, more realistic scopes, adjust your resource allocation, or make the necessary people decisions. We ensure you leave the session day with a plan designed for high-velocity execution, not another quarter of missed expectations.
