What specific exercises, tools, and working dynamics take place inside the room during our initial Focus Day with you?
Focus Day is day one of the foundational phase. It is about immediate operational traction, not long-term visionary thinking. We start at 8:00 AM sharp with a personal check-in and session expectations. We then spend the morning building your initial Accountability Chart, defining the seats needed to run the business over the next six to twelve months rather than catering to existing personalities or titles.
Next, we establish your Scorecard: five to fifteen weekly activity-based metrics that give you an accurate pulse of the company. Before lunch, we establish Rocks for the upcoming quarter, setting three to seven business priorities with clear owners and measurable completion criteria.
In the afternoon, we install the Level 10 Meeting agenda and teach your team how to practice IDS (Identify, Discuss, and Solve) in real time on actual business friction. By 5:00 PM, your team leaves with a functional operating rhythm, clear 90-day commitments, and the exact tools needed to run your weekly meetings. The day is intense and highly practical. You will not sit through theoretical slide decks. You will work on your real business problems directly.
