What happens during the initial 90-Minute Meeting before we hire you, and how does our leadership team decide whether to move forward?

The 90-Minute Meeting is a zero-obligation, highly structured introduction designed to determine whether we are the right fit for each other. Tyler meets with your complete leadership team, either in person or via video conference, to walk through three specific agendas: the EOS Model, the EOS Process, and the EOS Toolbox.

First, we evaluate the six key components of your business: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. We diagnose where your company is strong and where chronic operational friction is burning out your team. Second, we lay out the exact two-year implementation roadmap so everyone understands the time commitment, cadence, and expectations. Third, we demonstrate the practical tools you will learn and implement across the engagement.

At the end of the presentation, Tyler answers every direct question about fees, session mechanics, and team expectations, and then steps out of the room. Your leadership team spends ten minutes alone answering two straightforward questions. First, do you want to implement pure EOS across your organization? Second, do you want Tyler Smith to facilitate your journey? If both answers are an unequivocal yes, we open calendars and schedule Focus Day. If either answer is hesitant, we shake hands and part ways with zero hard feelings.
