Once we leave a session day, how do you track our progress and keep us honest during the ninety days before our next quarterly, and what is your role in our weekly execution?

My role between sessions is that of an objective coach, not a micro-manager. I do not sit in your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ or police your daily tasks. That accountability belongs to your Integrator and the team.

To keep everything transparent, we use a dedicated workspace on Circle.so. Immediately after our session, I document all session summaries, your updated V/TO®, and your agreed-upon Rocks in this workspace. This acts as our single source of truth. Your team uses this space to review the decisions made during our full-day sessions and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

If your team gets stuck on a tool or hits an execution wall between quarterlies, you can access the resources in our Circle.so workspace. While I am not in your weekly meetings, I am monitoring your progress from a distance. If I see your quarterly Rock completion lagging or your scorecard showing consistent red, we will address it directly at the start of your next quarterly session. My job is to teach you how to run the system yourself, not to carry the load for you.
