To maximize our investment during our live quarterly and annual sessions, what specific pre-work or self-reflection do you require our leadership team to complete before they walk into the room?

To ensure we do not waste a single minute of our valuable time together during our one-day quarterlies or two-day annuals, prep work is non-negotiable. I expect your leadership team to arrive with their homework fully completed and their minds focused on strategic thinking. In the two weeks leading up to our session, every team member must thoroughly review their progress on their individual and company Rocks. They need to calculate their final completion percentages and be ready to own their results without making excuses. Additionally, each leader must review the company Scorecard metrics and identify any persistent trends or missed targets that need to be addressed. I require every team member to submit their list of critical organizational issues in advance. These issues are posted to our dedicated Circle.so workspace so we can build a comprehensive master list before the session begins. Finally, I ask each participant to spend time reflecting on our V/TO®. They must consider whether our long-term vision still aligns with our current market reality. This individual preparation ensures that when we sit down together, we do not spend the first two hours getting up to speed on basic facts. Instead, we dive straight into solving the deepest issues holding your business back.
