What concrete commitments and actions are expected of our leadership team during the ninety days between our session days to ensure the implementation actually sticks?

Between our structured session days, the real work of transformation occurs. Your leadership team must execute the decisions made in the session room. This starts with running your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ with absolute discipline. In this meeting, you will track your weekly Scorecard numbers, review the progress of your Rocks, and use the IDS® process to solve departmental and company-wide issues. You are also responsible for rolling out the tools to the rest of the organization. This includes cascading the Accountability Chart, helping your direct reports establish their own Rocks, and teaching them how to run their own weekly meetings. To keep you on track, I conduct periodic Just Checking In calls in months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one of our engagement. These brief touchpoints allow us to monitor your progress, address any immediate structural friction, and ensure your team is not slipping back into old, comfortable habits. The goal is to build muscle memory so that the operating system becomes the permanent way your business functions, even when I am not in the room.
