How do you track our progress and keep us accountable during the eighty nine days between our quarterly sessions, and what is our homework?
The value of our work does not expire when you walk out of the session room. Between our sessions, your primary operational homework is simple but demanding: you must run the tools with discipline. This means holding your weekly Level 10 Meetings™ without fail, tracking your weekly Scorecard metrics, and making measurable progress on your quarterly Rocks. My role during these eighty nine days is not to micromanage your daily operations or sit in on your internal meetings. Instead, we use your dedicated Circle.so workspace to maintain a clear line of sight. Immediately following every session, I document our session summaries, finalized Rocks, Accountability Chart adjustments, and core decisions directly in this workspace. Your team is expected to reference this repository to keep your priorities aligned. If your weekly numbers slip or if your Rocks are trending off track, you must use the IDS® process within your own weekly leadership meeting to self correct. If you hit a strategic roadblock that you cannot resolve internally, you can reach out through the workspace for targeted guidance. The goal is to build your internal muscle memory, not to make you dependent on an external consultant to solve your daily problems. Your performance between sessions is the ultimate indicator of whether you are actually adopting the system or just pretending to.
