Between our full day sessions, you are running your business on the EOS® engine. I do not hover over your shoulder or micromanage your daily operations. You are using your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ to keep your team aligned and solve issues in real time. My role during these eighty-nine days is that of an active guide.

I monitor your progress through your dedicated Circle workspace, where your session summaries, V/TO® updates, and action items are archived. If your leadership team hits an operational wall, gets stuck on an Accountability Chart conflict, or struggles to define a weekly scorecard metric, you do not wait three months to talk to me. You can reach out for a quick alignment check or a sounding board call.

The expectation is that you are actively self-managing, but you have full access to my guidance when the system needs a tune up. This is not about passive consulting where we meet and then forget about each other. It is about building organizational muscle. You are building habits of accountability while using the Circle workspace to keep historical progress completely transparent, preparing your operations to run smoothly whether you are in the room or not.
