The real work of this implementation happens in the ninety days between our sessions. Once we leave the session room, facilitation responsibilities transition directly to your Integrator. Your leadership team must run a weekly Level 10 Meeting™ to maintain execution momentum, resolve obstacles, and keep ninety day Rocks on track. My role between sessions is not to hover or micromanage your daily operations, but to act as an external sounding board and accountability partner.

We utilize your dedicated Circle.so workspace to maintain a clear communication loop. I review your session summaries and monitor your progress to ensure key commitments are being met. If your team hits a significant roadblock or finds themselves stuck on a complex issue, your Integrator can reach out for guidance. However, I will not solve your problems for you. Instead, I will point you back to the tools, help you clarify the issue, and push your team to resolve it using the IDS® process. This approach ensures your team builds the muscle memory required for long term independence. The goal is self sufficiency, and that requires your leadership team to own their weekly execution and hold each other accountable without needing an outside facilitator to police their daily activities.
