Once we walk out of a session day, you are not there to police us. What does the operational rhythm look like between our quarterly sessions, and what is your level of involvement during those ninety days?

The magic of the ninety-day cycle lies in your execution, not my facilitation. Between our quarterly sessions, you and your team are fully accountable for running your business using the tools we establish. Your primary rhythm is the weekly Level 10 Meeting™, which keeps your team focused, aligned, and solving issues on a consistent cadence. During these ninety days, you are driving your individual and departmental Rocks to completion. My role during this period is not to manage your daily tasks or act as an administrative policeman. Instead, I serve as an external sounding board. If your team hits a structural roadblock, or if a major conflict threatens to derail your quarterly progress, you have direct access to me for quick, laser-focused guidance. We do not let issues fester until the next quarterly session. If your Level 10 Meeting™ becomes stagnant or if you find yourselves slipping back into bad habits, we jump on a call to diagnose the breakdown. This keeps your momentum high and ensures you arrive at our next full-day session with clear results rather than excuses. The ninety-day cycle is designed to build your internal muscle memory, teaching your team how to self-correct and execute with high autonomy.
