Between our quarterly sessions, the real execution happens. I do not disappear or leave you stranded. You are expected to run your weekly Level 10 Meetings™ with absolute discipline to track your progress and solve issues. My expectation is that your leadership team takes complete ownership of your quarterly Rocks. If you encounter a major strategic roadblock or a structural issue that threatens to derail your progress between sessions, you have direct email and phone access to me. I am your guide, but I will not do the work for you. I will not step in to run your weekly meetings or resolve minor internal team conflicts. If you run into a complex issue that you cannot solve using the IDS® tool, we will have a quick fifteen minute alignment call to get you unstuck. The goal is to build your organizational muscle, not to make you dependent on an external consultant. We use the inter-session window to practice the tools daily so that when we meet for our next quarterly session, we are reflecting on real data, real execution, and actual lessons learned.
