What happens after our initial twenty-four-month engagement is complete, and how do we decide whether to transition to self-facilitation or continue working with you?
The ultimate goal of our twenty-four-month engagement is self-sufficiency. We design this roadmap to teach your leadership team how to facilitate your own sessions and run the system without external help. By the end of two years, you should have the operational muscle, the discipline, and the deep understanding of the tools to graduate.
When you reach this milestone, we evaluate your team's readiness based on three criteria. First, is your Accountability Chart stable and are all seats filled with people who GWC™ their roles? Second, are you consistently achieving eighty percent or more of your Rocks? Third, is your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ highly productive and free of unresolved politics?
If you meet these criteria, you graduate and transition to self-facilitation. However, some companies choose to retain me for annual planning sessions or major strategic pivots, especially when preparing for an exit. If you choose to continue, our focus shifts from basic EOS® execution to advanced exit readiness using the Step by Step Exit framework. We will spend our quarterly sessions refining your valuation levers, eliminating Tribal Knowledge risks, and preparing the business for a clean acquisition. The decision is entirely based on your strategic goals and your team's internal facilitation strength.
