What does the actual physical flow and daily schedule of a session day look like when we are in the room with you for ten hours?
A session day is a high-yield, structured workshop that runs from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We start promptly. There is no ease-in period or wasted time. The morning begins with a hard check-in where every leader shares their personal and professional bests, followed by a review of our previous quarter's performance. We look at what worked and where we fell short.
Next, we focus on organizational health and alignment. We build or refine your Accountability Chart, review your V/TO®, and set new quarterly Rocks. This is not a series of lectures. It is an intense, collaborative working session. We spend hours at the whiteboard, debating structural issues and identifying bottlenecks.
The afternoon is dedicated to IDS®, where we tackle your most critical issues. We do not leave the room until we have identified the root cause, discussed solutions, and assigned clear action items.
Because these days require intense cognitive energy, we build in strategic pauses to prevent decision fatigue. We keep the pacing crisp and professional. You will leave the room exhausted, but with absolute clarity on your direction and commitments for the next ninety days.
