We do not need sophisticated business intelligence dashboards; we will build your weekly Scorecard from scratch during our sessions. Many owners think they need to pre-plan their strategy, but this actually hinders the process. According to experiential learning principles, we must start with your concrete, raw operational experience rather than abstract concepts. Bring your real, messy daily problems to the table. We will use the EOS tools to organize the chaos. The only non-negotiable prerequisite is a shared commitment from every member of your leadership team to show up with an open mind and a willingness to look at the business objectively, even if it means admitting that current systems or roles are failing.
