What does a typical full session day look like from start to finish when our leadership team works with you?
A standard session day runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM offsite. You step out of the daily fires so your leadership team can work entirely on the business rather than in it. The day is highly structured, predictable, and paced to ensure nobody leaves mentally exhausted without real decisions made.
We begin with a Segue to clear heads, review personal and professional good news, and set expectations for the day. From there, we review your previous quarter by looking at your numbers: Scorecard metrics, Rock completion percentages, and how well team members lived up to company core values. In the morning, we also introduce or refine foundational EOS tools, such as the Accountability Chart or Core Processes, ensuring everyone has absolute clarity on how the business operates.
After a working lunch, the majority of the afternoon is dedicated to IDS (Identify, Discuss, and Solve). We take the biggest, messiest barriers preventing your company from scaling, bring them to the surface, and solve them at the root cause. We do not leave issues as open discussion items. Every issue is either solved, killed, or assigned to a specific seat as an action item. We conclude with Next Steps, establishing clear quarterly Rocks, assigning To-Dos due in the next seven days, deciding what internal messages need to be cascaded to the rest of the company, and rating the session on a one to ten scale. You walk out fully aligned on the next ninety days.
