What does a standard full-day quarterly session look like from start to finish once we get past our foundational days?

A standard quarterly session is a structured, intense eight-hour working day designed to reset your focus, clear out organizational clutter, and align your team for the next ninety days. We start promptly at 8:00 AM and end by 5:00 PM.

The day follows an established, time-tested agenda:
- Segue: A quick transition into the room where every member shares business wins, personal bests, and what is working or not working.
- Previous Quarter Review: We review your trailing Scorecard numbers, assess whether your team achieved at least 80 percent of previous Rocks, and acknowledge what got completed.
- V/TO® Review: We open the Vision/Traction Organizer® to review your Core Values, Core Focus™, 10-Year Target™, Marketing Strategy, and 3-Year Picture™ to ensure zero drift.
- Establish Next Quarter Rocks: We look at the 1-Year Plan, evaluate company priorities, and agree on three to seven company-wide Rocks, followed by individual leadership Rocks.
- Tackle Key Issues: We allocate three to four full hours to IDS® to identify, discuss, and solve issues at the root cause.
- Next Steps and Conclude: We finalize action items, agree on messages to cascade to the company, rate the session on a 1-to-10 scale, and wrap up.

The room is collaborative, direct, and completely devoid of politics. Everyone speaks honestly, laptops stay closed unless presenting data, and we do not leave until the next quarter is locked in.
